How to get to Faskally Forest
Located just north of Pitlochry, south of Killiecrankie, Faskally Forest is easily reached by car. Travelling from Edinburgh or Inverness are the two simplest options.
From Inverness : Drive south along the A9. Follow the road, via Aviemore and Newtonmore (site of the Highland Folk Museum) for just over 85 miles. Drive past Pitlochry before joining the A924 road. Turn northwards and drive for a final 4 miles to the forest.
From Edinburgh (via Perth) : Head out of Edinburgh, west along the A90. Join the M90 at the Queensferry Crossing and continue north towards Perth. At Perth, take the A9, again heading north, this time to Pitlochry. In Pitlochry, take the A924 the last 4 miles to your destination.
